The Mouse Outfit put visuals to probably my favourite track off their "Escape Music" album with "Over The Rocks". Smooth and laid back production and seasoned with the unmistakable Dr. Syntax on vocals, peep the video to this audible treat.
Take a look at Fuse TV's latest episode of "The Mixdown" hosted by Esteban Serrano. The guests this time are Von Pea and Donwill of Tanya Morgan and they talk about a few tracks from their new album "Rubber Souls" which is available now.

Be on the look out for new music from this gentleman; Isaiah Rashad. Being the new signing to TDE and considering the year Kendrick Lamar has been having it should bring him lots of exposure. For now, check out his video for "I Shot You Down" filmed on location in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

These two are just awesome. If you haven't heard of them, do yourself a favour. Their "Run The Jewels" album is free. No excuses. Watch them perform the tracks "Run The Jewels" and "Sea Legs" live for MySpace.
Evidence, one third of LA's Dilated Peoples, sifts through his record collection to show a few gems. He talks about some of the tracks he's produced with various samples and has a great story about a song he produced for Kanye West.

So, Marco Polo just reunited Organized Konfusion for a record off his upcoming album "PA 2: The Director's Cut". The track "3-0-Clock" sees Prince Po and Pharoahe Monch back together once again. Who knows if anything else will come of it.
I won't lie. I've never played any of the Grand Theft Auto series but all the soundtracks that accompany them are amazing. The latest edition, "Grand Theft Auto V", has a speaker destroyer called "Bassheads" by Gangrene. That's Alchemist and Oh No if you weren't aware.
I can't embed the track unfortunately, so here's the link to the Soundcloud.

Time flies....when you're getting old. The fact that 17 years have passed so quickly is pretty alarming. Nearly two decades. I didn't just wake up today with this realisation. Today actually marks the 17th year since the passing of arguably one of the most recognisable and debated icons. Love him or hate him, he's still talked about to this day.
Tupac Shakur is here to stay.

Last night on The Arsenio Hall Show, Nas performed a live version of "You Wouldn't Understand" from his successful last album "Life Is Good". This was one of my favourite tracks from the album despite hearing that a few people weren't keen on the beat or R'n'B direction it takes. It was good to finally put a face to the voice of Victoria Monet!
Flatbush zombies drop off a new free mixtape titled "Better Off Dead". Erick Arc Elliott handles the majority of the production a listen for features from Danny Brown and Action Bronson.
Stream and download available below.

Odd Future offshoot The Internet return with a new video for "Dontcha" from their upcoming album "Feel Good". This is not what you might expect when Odd Future is uttered in the same breath, as it's a smooth bit of R'n'B that can easily rival anything considered to be in that genre today. Chad Hugo lent a helping hand here so watch out for his cameo in the video.
Like the genre of music that he made his name with, Nas turns 40 years old this year on Saturday. Only a month younger than Hip-Hop but definitely one of the names synonymous with the culture and also one with a number of standout moments throughout his career.
Complex TV put together a piece called "Defining Moments" that highlights the milestones he's sure to be remembered for.
Watch part 1 below. Part 2 will play automatically at the end of part 1.

After a 19 year absence, Arsenio Hall finally made his return to late night television last night. "The Arsenio Hall Show" is set to be a week nightly programme that will follow the mould of his previous series from 1994 and before.
His first guest was Chris Tucker with musical performances from his old friend Snoop Dogg. Watch a few clips from the show below.
Last night on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Kanye West made an appearance to perform the best record off his "Yeezus" album, "Bound 2". Backed by The Roots and with magnificent vocals from Charlie Wilson, he made the live performance of the track sound amazing, if not better than the studio version.

Not too long passed by after the release of Koncept's "Malt Disney EP" last year before a remixed version of the EP by fellow Brown Bag AllStar J57 surfaced. While the original EP produced by DeeJay Element certainly came through with the bangers, the J57 remixes deliver a brand new spin and sound completely different.
Watch the video for "40 oz Spliffs" which just premiered on Mass Appeal and be sure to check out the remix EP on iTunes.
After a few video teasers in the form of Beats By Dre adverts and a brief appearance on ESPN on Saturday night, Eminem drops the full visual for his new single "Berzerk". Expect cameos from Kendrick Lamar, Slaughterhouse, Kid Rock, Alchemist, Yelawolf and of course the tracks producer Rick Rubin.

Check the video below and get your copy of the physical EP here through Fat Beats or digitally on iTunes.

Sons Of Anarchy fans will be pleased to hear that the premiere for season 6 is this coming Tuesday (10th) on FX. Unfortunately this is the start date for US viewers and the UK may have to wait until February 2014. I'm sure those with initiative will find a way around this though.
Watch the season 6 trailer below.

It does not stop. The Mouse Outfit continue their run of visuals to accompany their amazing album "Escape Music". If you haven't done so already, be sure to pick that up. The latest track to get the video treatment is "Built In A Day" featuring Fox and Sparkz.
This week saw the latest project release from Manchester representative Shotty Horroh. By no means a newcomer, Shotty has been putting in work for a minute and has steadily grown a massive following. The various free music he's released, his appearances on BBC 1Xtra and his systematic dismantling of emcees in the international battle scene are just a few of his accomplishments so far.
Support the new project "Xombie Xoo" below and also check his Don't Flop battle with Arsonal which is well on its way to 2 million views.
You can also catch his live show this Saturday in Manchester as part of the line up for Will Not Be Televised's Boom Bap Festival Warm Up alongside High Focus' Dirty Dike, Pete Cannon, Northern Structure, Dubbul O and more. Info here.

With the likes of Homeboy Sandman and Soul Khan singing his praises, that should be enough for you to be listening to YC The Cynic already! Here he drops "The Heaviest Cross", the latest visual from his GNK project. On the track he displays why no one else sounds like him with his cadence and subject matter.
