Manchester's very own Levelz crew return with an absolute banger. All bias aside, this is something else. Nobody sounds like this lot right now, or before to be honest. eMC - Signtology ft. Dion (Video)

Words, Stricklin' and Ace

eMC collective Wordsworth, Stricklin and Masta Ace return with another visual from their latest project "The Tonite Show". With production from KIC beats and vocals from Dion, the trio take a smoother approach on the track "Signtology".

Set in the always splendid backdrop of NYC, they deliver a great video to accompany one of my favourite cuts from the album. I'm not mad at the ladies starring in the video either!

Dave East - The Offering (Video)

Taken from his EP/mixtape "Black Rose", Dave East drops the video for the opening track to the release with "The Offering". The start is reminiscent of Nas' track "Book Of Rhymes" and is released through Mass Appeal, so he's definitely in good company with Nas, Fashawn, Boldy James and Run The Jewels.

DJ Premier and Royce Da 5'9 continue to roll out the videos from their PRhyme project. This time with a little help from the fantastic Dwele, the duo showcase one of the more soulful cuts from the album with "You Should Know".

Kendrick Lamar - King Kunta (Video)

After premiering his new video for "King Kunta" last night in Times Square, Kendrick Lamar releases his West Coast drenched visuals for the world to see. Director X takes it back to Compton for one of maybe two tracks on the album "To Pimp A Butterfly" that could rock a dancefloor.

DRS - The View ft. LSB & Tyler Daley (Video)

After releasing what can only be described as musical liquid yesterday, DRS drops the visuals to his second single from the upcoming "Mid Mic Crisis" LP. With fluidic production from LSB and the always smooth vocals from Tyler Daley, this track only adds to the anticipation for the new album.

Action Bronson - Actin Crazy (Video)

Ha! I like this video. Bronsolino drops his latest visuals from the upcoming album with "Actin Crazy". For all you Drake stans, the track was produced by 40. Look for the new album "Mr. Wonderful" on March 24th.

Joey Bada$$ - Like Me (Video)

Joey Bada$$ continues his visual run in support of his album "B4.Da.SS" with the new video "Like Me". BJ The Chicago Kid adds vocals over the laid back J Dilla beat. The Roots add a little live percussion to the mix too.

Fashawn - Guess Who's Back (Video)

In the run up to the release of his sophomore album "The Ecology", Fashawn shares the new video to his single "Guess Who's Back". Produced by Beewirks, this will sit next to tracks featuring Nas, BJ The Chicago Kid, Busta Rhymes, Dom Kennedy,  Aloe Blacc and many more. A selection of producers on the project include The Alchemist, DJ Khalil and frequent collaborator Exile.

Look for the album on the 24th of February on Mass Appeal. Check the video beneath.

Kenn Starr - Say Goodbye (Video)

Mello Music Group continue to drop the dope releases. This time with "Square One" from Kenn Starr. This is the long awaited follow up to 2006's "Starr Status".

The first visual to the album is for the Black Milk produced track "Say Goodbye".

Apollo Brown x Ras Kass - How To Kill God (Video)

Apollo Brown and Ras Kass return with another visual from their collaborative album "Blasphemy". The second track to be lifted from the project is "How To Kill God". The title of the song isn't as bad as it sounds. On the contrary.

I'm sure you've heard about the new collaborative album on its way from DJ Premier and Royce Da 5'9 or collectively known as PRhyme. You've also probably seen the teaser video from a few weeks back. That video was actually a snippet of the track/intro "U Looz". Today a longer visual was released. Check it below.

The Catch Up: Slimkid3 & DJ Nu-Mark

A project which I believe may have gone under the radar is the self titled album by The Pharcyde's Slimkid3 and Jurassic 5's DJ Nu-Mark. Straight away those two groups should grab your attention. It's strange to me then, that this album had no build up or sense of anticipation. A shame, especially when you give it a listen. 

Production is solely provided by Nu-Mark with Tre's unmistakable voice in tandem. The guests on the LP are crazy too with the likes of Murs, Del The Funkee Homosapien, Diamond D, J-Live to name a few. Check out the two music videos they've dropped since July below.

Diamond District - First Step (Video)

Diamond District aka Oddisee, Uptown XO and yU are preparing to drop their sophomore LP entitled "March On Washington" in a couple of weeks. The first single that they released last month now has a video to accompany it. Watch "First Step" below.
