Trombone Shorty & Friends NBA AllStar Game Half-time Show (Video)

New Orleans was definitely represented for the half-time show of the NBA AllStar Game with the city's very own Trombone Shorty and his band Orleans Avenue setting it of with some Nawlins funk. They were joined on stage by legendary artist Doctor John, as well as Guy Clark Jr., a show stealing Janelle Monae and the timeless Earth, Wind & Fire.

This was one of the better half-time shows in recent memory.

Pharrell Williams & Friends Introduce The NBA AllStars 2014 (Video)

Last year was one of the biggest and most successful years in Pharrell Williams' career so far. It was no surprise then, to see him as the musical guest to introduce the Western and Eastern Conference AllStars last night in New Orleans for the 2014 AllStar Game.

Performing a medley of some of his biggest hits over the years, he brought his own all star line up of guests to help him out. Appearances came from Nelly, Puff Daddy, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg and even a brief but welcome guest spot from Neptunes partner Chad Hugo.

Marsha Ambrosius - Stronger Than Pride (Video)

Former member of the much missed Floetry, Marsha Ambrosius is back once again. She returns with a new single and video for "Stronger Than Pride" which is a remake originally recorded by Sade. Marsha freshens it up with the ill Jeru Tha Damaja sample from "Come Clean" and makes the song her own. I think she's done a great job here.

"Stronger Than Pride" will appear on Marsha's new album "Friends & Lovers".

The Doppelgangaz - KnowntchooTahLie (Video)

Ahead of their album dropping next week, The Doppelgangaz uncloak the video to their second single "KnowntchooTahLie". Aaagh. Some people need a wash.

The album "Peace Kehd" is available from the 18th February through Bandcamp.

Complex TV's Quickstrike host a special Valentine's day edition of the show just in time for the NBA AllStar Weekend. New sneakers that are dropping are discussed (including the Jordan VI Infrareds), what NBA players will be rocking this weekend and they invite special guest Alicia Keys to talk about her current women's collection for Reebok. De La Soul To Make Their Entire Discography Free...For 25 Hours

De La Soul are set to make a lot of people very happy this Valentine's Day. As the trio prepare to celebrate 25 years since their debut album "3 Feet High & Rising", they will be making the whole De La Soul discography available for free through their official site.

The anticipated new album (the first since 2004's "The Grind Date") "Your Welcome" is said to be just around the corner, so that's definitely something to look forward to. You never know, they might do a Beyonce and drop it today unannounced! Here's hoping!

Check back on the official site from 4pm in the UK and 11am in The States. You only have 25 hours, so don't let this pass you by.

Onyx - WakeDaFucUp feat. Dope D.O.D. (Video)

Onyx return with a video for the title track from their upcoming album "WakeDaFucUp" which will be entirely produced by The Snowgoons. This single features Netherlands representatives and Duck Down Records affiliates Dope D.O.D.

Big news for Manchester. This Is Hip Hop have landed two of Hip-Hop's most iconic and celebrated groups to hit the city on May the 17th at Club Academy. Capone-N-Noreaga and Onyx!

"The War Report" by CNN is widely regarded as a classic as is "BACDAFUCUP" from Onyx. Of course both saw continued success with multiple hits on subsequent albums both as groups and with solo albums (most notably N.O.R.E.).

DJs Ink 13 and Omas of Manchester's At Large have released an new old mix. "Golden Blends" pretty much speaks for itself as it journeys back to the Golden Age blending classic acapellas with classic instrumentals. Not to be missed.
