Phife Diggy premiered his new video for "#Dear Dilla" on Okayplayer earlier today and it doesn't disappoint. In tribute to his late friend Jay Dee, Phife visits Detroit and with a few cameos in tow, does him proud. Not only is it in remembrance of Dilla, but at times is a sad reminder that Phife isn't in the best of health himself.
